The irony is that you're pushing a very European definition onto a Japanese word. Futanari means Dual form, which does not necessarily mean having 2 genitals, it can also mean androgynous. Futanari only means Hermaphrodite today because words change meaning over time. Fun fact, Hermaphrodite can mean having sexual characteristics of both male and female, not necessarily genitals, socially speaking. I mean, scientifically Hermaphrodite has a specific meaning but this is a porn game, it really doesn't matter.

The guy was talking about the distinction, the differences of meaning of one word to another to the guy ranting about it to yet another guy that didn't saw the vag in preview picks. As in, his comment was and is completely unrelated to this specific game. There is a passworded file called "config". It cannot be scanned. So as the IT savvy person I just fucking deleted it. Do this before starting the game. So it doesn't launch any bull crap. Game still works without it.
Location of file: "MilkingTime\MonoBleedingEdge\etc\mono\2.0\Browsers"
File Name: "config"
This file looks intentional. I assume the dev hid some stat pulling nonsense or worse...

Also, the anatomy is wrong. You can't get both scrotum and open vagina on real life true hermaphrodites. That's because the labia and scrotum develops from the same organ. Once the skin closes, it forms the scrotum rather than a vagina. You can clearly see the vagina opening way too low but that's not where it's normally located.
You can read more about what sexual organs correspond to which part of the mesonephros in the development stage. Like the Skene's glands come from the same organ as the prostatic glands do.
